P075D: Shift Solenoid G Electrical

Shift solenoid G only exists on transmissions with seven or more solenoids. Ford's 10R80 and 8F35 use solenoids A–F, GM's 9- and 10-speeds report clutch pressure valve codes, the Allison 1000 uses three; the only documented user of the G block is Hyundai/Genesis' 8-speed, which assigns P075A and P075D to its on/off solenoids. Hyundai's bulletins for the G80 and G90 (2017–18) use P075D for the on/off solenoid 'D (PRH)' – the abbreviation is not explained – in connection with shift-by-wire and the park position switch. The remedy given is replacing valve and electronic module and loading the valve data.
