P2A2C: Alternative Fuel Tank Shutoff Valve D Control Circuit Low

P2A2C records too low a level on the control wire of shutoff valve D. TransEco Energy treats it in its AFCM v1.4 fault list as a short to ground or open circuit and switches on the MIL while letting gas operation continue; P2A1C is printed beside it as an alternative number. Ford's Boss 302S list from 2014 contains P2A2C too. On frame-mounted cylinder racks the plug of each tank valve is exposed to spray and road salt, so corrosion and chafing belong on the checklist. CARB asks for low and high circuit faults of output components to be told apart where practical, which explains the separate codes. The high side of this circuit is P2A2D; P2A2A stands for the plain open circuit.
